Hi friends! Today I'm sharing a cleaning and decluttering project we tackled this weekend in our playroom. Our boys share a room so we use the third bedroom in our home as a playroom and children's library for now. It's so nice to have this space, but it can get out of hand quickly! We needed to declutter some toys and books and add some much needed organization to the space. I hope you enjoy!

A room full of children’s books- I love it! 😍 We are similar in our house in that we are more minimal with most other things (or at least working toward that), but not with books.

I'm currently decluttering all my toys and books and giving our playroom a make over. It's been taken me a few days now with kids playing as I work, but this gives me motivation!

It's Repose Gray by Sherwin Williams that I had color matched to Behr paint from Home Depot. It's actually the color that I use in the majority of my home. I LOVE it!

Dear parents! When Your kids are very good behaviour all the time and always taking good care of their things, keeping their rooms very clean, loving their favorite things and want to make nice childhood collections of their things: books, clothes, toys, video games, clothes, DVDs and etc, then donataing is very wrong thing to do. If You have few space then storage boxes and shelves will help You out and Your kids will be very happy and thankful then, if they can keep their favourite things. Childhood things are very valuable and it is very sad, if they won’t see them anymore in their life. Every child should have the right to keep their things, if they can take good care of them all the time!!! Respectfully, Astra Viil 🥰🙏

We did at one time, but prefer to do school in our dining room. We added built-ins in our dining room to store all of our school items. This space is sometimes used by my 10 year old for reading during school time though!
