We take a shower every day because the outside of our body gets dirty but if we don’t clean the inside of our body every day, negative emotions and tension will build up.
Just like using soap and brushes to clean the outside of your body, there are many methods to clean the inside as well. Use tap, massage, string training, stretching, breathing, and meditation to help you clean the most effectively inside of your body.
Once you do, even when negativity is around you and gets onto you, you will be able to let it go right away.
Remember that trying to change people in your life will never last in the long run. People want to have their own experience of life.. let them have it. When we know how to let go of tension and negative emotions from inside of us we don’t have to be affected by other people's choices anymore.

I love how there is so much we can do ourselves to heal our bodies. Fasting regularly helps me heal and recharge. If there’s a lot of junk stored in my body - emotional or physical - it will make me feel worse first, but always better after.

i can dig it. also as i’ve understood it, it’s best to go from top to bottom, as the termini needs to be unlocked or opened up first. so starting near your collarbone first and then down

Be careful you don't have swollen nodes. It's unlikely but possible that you may hit them hard enough to burst which can be life threatening. If you do find a swollen node, make sure to get it checked out. Could be a benign inflammation, hernia, infection or even cancer.

Dancing wont make you release waste, eat healthy and exercise. Thats all there is to it. No Gym?? Just do 2 sets of 10 to 15 pushups a day and you will look like him if you stay consistent.

Can you feel anything when the lymph is mobilised? Any stinging or warmth or even just squishing? Or you just guess the amount of pressure and assume it is working?

Your lymphatic system gets pumped through skeletal muscle movements. You have 3 types of muscles in your body, skeletal, cardiac and smooth. Lymphatic drainage through massage is done with extremely light pressure, 5 grams or the weight of nickel. A full body lymphatic massage takes 2 hours. It can also make you feel sick after. Under normal function, skeletal moment is best. Keep your body moving and get sweating. You integumentary system is designed to remove toxins through sweating. Nothing wrong with what this guy is doing, just not really effective other than some skeletal muscle movements.

@ThomasBrenton-pk8gg 15 years of experience, training, and continuing education in manual therapies. I should add that in some textbooks, you will also read the term interstitial fluid. When you cut yourself, the first bit of fluid you see is clear and called interstitial fluid, essentially lymphatic fluid. Your body has, for easy average numbers, 5 litres of blood and circulation is about 5 litres per minute. You have 15 litres of lymphatic fluid and it can take up 24 hours to circulate.

I stopped using deodorants that have alcohol and aluminum in them I went whole foood plant based at the beginning I smelled like crazy man had to wash my armpits several times a day …. Thought wtf cause all the aluminum and junk was leaving my body in a rush …. After that it’s fine sometimes on weekends when I do nothing big I don’t apply any deodorant and I’m fine back than I wouldn’t be able to, usually the next morning I felt some musky smell now nothing and I’m thinking of leaving even the “natural deodorant” out now just washing myself cause I don’t smell anything bad tbh but I’m 100% sure we shouldn’t clog the armpits with aluminum it’s the worst you can do!

I can say his brain is not very clean , what people might wan't to realise , is that most toxins from food will be from raw vegetables and greens that are so healthy right ? whenever someone mentions toxins , energy (other than calories ) and cleaning inside , you can asume he's talking 💩 , don't overcomplicate health , don't eat proccesed foods and drinks , work-out , and get enough sleep , that is 95 % of everything you can do to make your health better

Lymph is too viscous it’s pumped exclusively through muscle action. It’s why walking is great at making you feel good. Vibroplates also do this if you’re pressed for time. I don’t suppose a little tappa tappa is gonna hurt. And checking in with this system is certainly a good thing. Blood has nothing to do with this.

I thought about adding "etc." at the end to make it clear I was referring to "or some else way that is scientifically proven", but thought "nah, people will understand what I mean. Right?" As I alluded. "In the sense of" as in in the sense of blood flow or something different. But key words being "scientifically proven?" Though I phrased myself poorly. Which is my bad. But I wasn't asking specifically about blood flow. But blood flow, or something else that's scientifically proven that stimulation of those areas in that way works.
