There's something I learned from this video: 1: I understand the means of... kindly social environment. 2: I find that your boss or supervisor is more of a narcissist. 3: Personality... I guess? Do not compare such things. Oh my god... Feels it's survival activity. Nah. All is fine. 😌

Those immature pieces of shit at Junior High do leave Junior High. They end up in corporate. Get a new job but put most of your effort in building your skills (inside and/or outside of work - wher ever you can get them). Eventually start your own business. Corporate sucks. I have decades of experience. The secret to keeping your sanity in Corporate is to just not give a shit and do the bare minimum. If you go above and beyond they constantly want more and more and more and it is never enough. Another thing to consider is see if you can get a government job. Corporate is only worth it if you want to go into Upper Management. Middle Management and below is Junior High Part II for the same (if not less) money than a comparable government employee makes. Government employees also get benefits second to none and the chances of layoff are near zero. Don't let people and corporate get you down. You got this girl!

People love to make grand judgments about others based on snippets of information. Baseless assumptions are the hallmark of the idiot. You strike me as someone who is very not lazy. I never heard the term quiet quitting before, but makes sense. Why slave away at a job that doesn't compensate properly for it, or treat you well? I wouldn't let some corporation exploit me. Anyway, the way I look at YT comments, I got a fair share of negative comments, all creators do. But the vast majority have always been positive. And it just made me realize you truly can't please everyone. But everyone wants to be liked, and i feel like I am, so I couldn't care less about the negative comments. You're very likeable too. If I got all thumbs down and negativity, that would be sad 😔 but I don't, and you don't either, just keep doing your thing. I always live up to my values, and if anyone sees something wrong with who I am, that's fine because I know I am not going to change or abandon my values. I love myself and am happy with my content. And when something is outside of my control, I've learned to accept it. When I fuck up, when something is my fault, that's when I get down on myself. But if I just try my best to stay true to my values, I never have to let negativity get to me. Critical comments, I try learn from, but people just being ignorant pricks is more comical than hurtful to me.
