Well this sucks! Thanks to everyone for the support we have been getting and it was great meeting and talking with everyone there. Be sure to follow us at www.boosted-ride.com boostedride boosted.ride
This sucks guys! I enjoyed talking to each and everyone of you guys that were able to find us working in the pits till the last minute! We will be pulling both the Deathtrap motor and Phoenix and see where we stand. Again, we appreciate all the love and support!
At least for us crazy wild mofos! I want to put on a show like Lynchy and others! We are getting some of the most badass people at these events and your the guy that can make it happen and grow to be one of the biggest sports in America! Hell ya Brother! 🤘🇺🇸
@@kaenstark5156 Australia isn't a perfect rectangle. They have little boxes and tip in areas too. It's about driver skill too. Anyone can just get into a big square and mash the pedal to the floor till the tires come off.
I actually cringed when you hit the wall and saw how much damage there was. That truck was 100% the best looking vehicle of the night!👍 Thanks for putting on a show for us. I hope to see it at a Cleetus & Cars burnout event again.👍😁
So many people hit the sidewall when I looked out my driver's window and seen I was straight with it I let off the brake to head out of the cloud to smoke and went straight into a barricade the other direction. The other people apparently thought it was a demo derby
Great footage and youll be back better then ever. That green smoke you displayed in a short time was simply amazing.looking forward to rebuild series youll be back better then ever.
Putting in the work big time, 3 rigs getting ready all the time and effort top notch guys 👌👌 didn't get the results your after but still were there doing it... to think a couple years ago burnouts were static boring... now your toe to toe with a seasoned and tested aussie built Killa B.. your gunna run the leader board once there's an official burnout masters season of competitions! Congratulations on the effort, best looking best sounding truck there, even the big boys in aussie destroy their rigs, ain't nothing new fender n some wrap 😉
Hell ya thanks man! I appreciate the kind words! Ls will get looked over and be back with even more power before it even makes its first skid! Deathtrap will be back like you said and Jason will continue to improve in the camaro as well! Thanks again man!
I was there and the crowed went wild for the green smoke you all did awsome and your day is coming to b king of the burn outs lol a lot of tuff competition in there now 👍
Best tip in I've seen so far. That barricade was definitely not square, not something you want to ruin you run hitting. These burnout events seem to be getting bigger, but the standard of these burnout pads doesn't seem to be getting better. The lights on the barricades is a good edition, but having a corner stick out is poor way to go
@@Jameybrahh well it's not tip in friendly like our Aussie layouts, normally u can tip in an drive out. Guess they can keep destroying cars in the weird layouts
I have a few wins under my belt just wished those barricades were moved back out as I use those to guide my moves and couldn't see they were back and t boned the other one 🤦
Great run best looking rig of the night!! Great smoke and the horsepower 🤤Please don’t let this impact you coming out to another cleetus and cars!! The events will only get better I’m sure their next burn-out pad will be bigger!!
we wont stop. the events are only going to get bigger and bigger and we want to help grow the sport! Its always a fun time at these and its great to start to meet all the fans! Too bad this time we were thrashing on the 3rd to not even run it. thanks again!
Dude, you just barely hooked the edge of the wall. Sucks but it's a burnout truck. Slap a fender on it and straighten the bumper and you're good to go. Keep sending it! 💪💪 Jason did great in the Camaro too. Don't know how he was able to breathe. 😆
I would like to thank you for your video and time and effort you and your crew and families have put into your channel. I'm new to the channel and subscribed because of your awesome content. 🙂
I'm a new subscriber .love these old 67-79 Ford trucks.your trucks are my favorite burn out vehicles in America. .way better looking than Killa bee or toast .that burn out was wicked.dont worry tho .you can always find a new front clip and frames can be straightened
Thanks for subbing! No frame damage thankfully! Pry just get another fender and grille and should be good. Pull the bumper or I have others. Again appreciate the comment
Had a great time seeing you and all the other drivers put on a great show. Sucks you didn’t get to finish the run but it was still a lot of fun to watch in person. You got a new subscriber here. Hope to see Death Trap again next year.
That was heading towards one of the best burnouts in your competitions yet, such bad luck, you are among the top over there, love the channel and keep it up mate cheers 🇦🇺😃
Also love the way you put in reverse didn't miss a beat reminds me of the panel van "butcher " motorvation is our summernats and he was legendary for reverse burnouts probably about 10years ago
The guy I was referring to was Glen butcher who was a great gearbox technician on turbo 400 and he would smash reverse about 5 times in a burnout comp on nitrous and never blew up every body tried it and blew their gearboxes. By the looks of things a bit of bending and a new front quarter panel and u will never know. For Jason car sounds funny to do it but we usually use that spray filling in a can to fill the rust holes and spray it with shot Crete in the wheel arches because tyres are brutal
We were planning to go back but honestly with the truck damage and motor issue in the new build and possibly deathtrap we figured it was best to head back. Next year! Or the next event!
Tough break. Best tip in and most instant smoke. You were coming out of that little corner nicely. Even before the oil pressure shut you down, you even did a brutal burnout in reverse to keep up momentum. I reckon you were set for the win. Bummer. I'd have liked to see more space and dyno fans clearing the smoke if a contest is being run in a stadium with no natural airflow.
If it helps, YOU GUYS are my favorite burnout team. From the first time I saw you I QUICKLY subscribed to your channel! You are even more awesome than Cleeter when it comes to burnouts!!!!
I somehow missed this burnout. Glad you got your video up so I could watch. I only had like 4 hours of sleep before the show, and I feel asleep at some point. Lol
@@BoostedRide I was very much looking forward to seeing you guys as I've been following since the fire. But next thing I knew, I looked up and seen the "live stream has ended". I was pissed at myself.
New subscriber here. Keep at it man, your making good content and I don't see any reason you shouldn't have a great sub count. Think outside of the box and just send it💯👍💪
I give you props going your own thing and not showing cletus's event other than your thing everybody else is posting stuff that has nothing to do with them and expecting to get subscribers it was cletus's show and people were posting videos like they were in charge thank you for being such an honest do your own thing
Damn it and that tip in was sick as hell and whipped it out of that little technical spot and clipped the damn wall. You'll get her back going and that wasn't a little bit of smoke that was a lottle lmao.
Thanks man! Ya all those demo derby people pushed it back and when I was coming out of the smoke beside it I thought I would be good but nope it was pushed back a foot! Next time!
That burnout box was the smallest one I've ever seen cleetus set up! It was simple too small for its purpose. Hopefully enough people complain and next time it's bigger! I knew it was going to be an issue as soon as I saw it!
From everyone slamming it apparently. Looked out my window seen the wall and thought hell ya I'm good then bam! T bone a freaking barricade sticking out 😔
Walls got a workout, didn't they. Saw a few smashed up hotrods. Hope you can find a donor truck to get parts. I know they're getting rare. Good show though. Love the old hotrod.
Harder by the day unfortunately. Wished the barriers were reset as I use it and lights to guide me and it did....right into another 😔 thanks again man!
Dead set best tip in of the event, sucks the walls got moved around so much. Just have to keep looking forward to the next event. Glad those tyres are working well for you
Bro me and my boys were watching this. We all said the same thing that truck was on a rip. If you didn’t clip that barricade you could have won it for sure. The only car out there that rivaled toast or killa B!!!
Thanks man! If all those derby people wouldn't have pushed it back I would have been ok. Used that as my guide which was a mistake. Gotta rely on those when we can't see!
As usual love the way you tip it in guys u was going so well until the barrier jumped out in front of u. U hang with the heavy hitters of Australia .Don't get me wrong u have to have a game plan sometimes u have all the space in the world sometimes it is a small burnout pad that is why us Aussies do skids every month in a different part of the country and rip it up .in Western Australia we are lucky to have 10 events a year to get your driving skills especially in the country pads where they are like Bristol's pad technical but when you have 170 mph wheel speed and u can't see shit u just hold on. Unlucky this time doesn't look as bad as neighbour what the heck did cleetus do.love that Jason is getting better and I love the sound it makes love to one day see you in Australia especially Western Australia home to the best burnout cars and driver's. We know great skid cars
Appreciate the kind words! Jason has gotten better throttle control we just need to seal up the massive rust holes and see about redirecting the exhaust it just fills the cab. Lots of money and hard work put in by us and we want to put on the beet show we can. Someday I want to get over to compete for sure!! You guys are an inspiration
Yeah it sucks and I honestly feel for ya's but you guys have come a long way in a short time and absolutely no one can ever say that you boys don't come to win or don't put on a killer show....Respect 🇦🇺 Maybe reach out and have chat with Cleeter and some of the other big hitters, see how they feel and try n' work out a uniform size/design for the burnout pad, just a thought....
Thank you much appreciated! Actually we are working with him now! I always want to win who doesn't. But also want to have a good time and put on the best show we can for the fans!
Thats f@ckin' awesome! I'm no burnout master, but having a planned out design that doesn't change every event, not saying you can't or shouldn't, will help tremendously, it's that whole mental map/spacial awareness thing....although in the heat of the moment and blinded by smoke it does go out the window 🤣 from time to time! 🚗💨💨💨💨💨💨
