When i am digging clams here in New Brunswick Canada when i find any razor clams i just open them up take off the stomach and eat the main part of the body raw its realy good to eat with the salty tast of the water when you wash off any sand. Love your videos keep up the good work.

Been a while since you did clams. Love the razors. This should have been a simple pasta. Start with olive oil on a low heat and add chili flakes til it flavors the oil, add the clams and prawns til cooked. then add butter to thicken a little and serve over linguine, finish with a sprinkle of parsley

I have to say something a prawn or shrimp that is that size isn't all that big one that is maybe 6 in long or bigger or even half that size would be big as long as it has some good girth to it if it's fat that it'd be a big shrimp or prawn
