I'm sorry to tell you but this has been happening forever. We have more news outlets and ways to get information so you hear about it more. Serial killers are out there that never get caught everyday.

This is not new to todays society. It has happened in every decade since the 70’s.

There are thousands of Colleges and Universities across this country, and while I'm sure these are not the only University murders to occur, most schools will never experience something like this. You can bubble wrap your kids if you choose to, or you can "man-up" as a parent, and teach them, the best way you know how, to be as responsible and safe and protected as they can be when it's time to be on their own! ... And, you should probably start by changing your attitude from "the sky is falling" to "we got this". Kids can easily tell the difference, and no kid wants a parent that isn't built for the tough parts, even if you have to fake it from time to time.

Having been around a murder investigation that went off in the wrong direction, I can tell you that once cops get tunnel vision, then everything a suspect does is read as suspicious. They ruined my neighbor's business and reputation, and eventually ran him out of town due to suspicions that were unfounded. In this Moscow case, the media has become a lynch mob printing unfounded allegations as fact based on "sources" that are not revealed.

I think the charge was burglary not theft. He didn’t have to take anything to be charged with burglary, he entered and committed a felony therefore he’s charged with burglary as well. I’m not sure why that it’s like that but that’s what they can do.

Because in this search warrant of what they found you see they found an ID in a glove and they took the ID. We know there is an ID but we don’t know who’s ID

What probably happened is one of the girls got into his car with him after a house party, and after the murders Kohberger realized she'd left the ID, so he panicked and stashed it in his parents' home. That's the only thing I can think of. We know the girls and Brian had contact through Instagram and coffee shop excursions, so it's not unreasonable to believe that one of the girls could have dropped her ID. College students do it all the time when they are inebriated.

If he pleads innocent still, they have to hear the horror and it ruin their lives. He likely loves the fact that he holds all the cards. Praying God changes his soul and gets him to confess.

She had broken a five-year relationship 3 weeks before, and it was another coincidence that she and her former roommate Madison ran into her ex's housemate on the street that night, where Madison told this housemate "everything" about the breakup. Seemingly worried, Kaylee tried to call her ex ten times in the hour before she was murdered. It was also very strange that 8 hours were allowed to pass before the 911 call, and very strange that the killer would have left the sheath like a calling card. It sounds like a crime of passion, followed by a cover up with a staged crime scene.

Many defense attorney never even ask their clients if they committed the crime for which they've been accused. Some don't even want to know. For a defense attorney, their duties and responsibilities don't change one way or another. Her job is to protect his constitutional rights all the way to the verdict, make sure that the prosecution stays within the letter of the law during every moment of trial, and present arguments on cross that disprove or call into question the prosecutions claims. All of that occurs regardless of the guilt or innocence of the suspect. Naïve people think it's the defense attorney's job to "get the suspect off, or acquitted", but it's no where near that simple. If something occurs during trial that changes the trajectory of the case and somehow benefits the suspect, it's the defense attorney's job to fight for whatever that "benefit" may be... evidence not coming in, witness statement being stricken, juror misconduct, whatever. Both sides have a tough battle here, but the point is, she may never even ask kohberger if he's guilty.

This took place on the evening of October 21st, which was also one of the dates listed on the timeline of meetings and disciplinary action that led to his dismissal. I have always believed it was connected (both because of the knife and because of the coincidental timeline). Maybe they have looked further into it and managed to keep it under wraps. Hard to say, as it would seem you'd need some very specialized forensics to prove that. I suppose it depends on how important it is to the case in terms of connecting the two incidences. One doesn't prove the other, so who knows how much of a priority it is/was. Forgive me, but I don't believe you're quite correct about the owner of the dog having anything to do with his termination from WSU. If I remember correctly, the wife may have worked in the library at WSU many years back, but not during Bryan's time as a student. There was a University connection, but it was far more vague than the owner being one of the profs actually involved in terminating Brian. First off, the cops would have been in Kohbergers face in a heart beat, and secondly, the killing of that pup would never have dropped off the radar as it has if that was a prof of Kohberger's. That would have been about as big as a Red Flag can get, so I think that may have been a rumor. I'm all on board that he attacked the dog, though... I've always thought so.

Hard to say when he took it, but I doubt the ID contained the King Road address. My ID definitely continued to have my parents' address all through college, which I think is the case for most if not all college students.

Nobody outside of LE knows what ID's or who's ID's were found. Maybe they were BK's school ID and his library card. We don't know.
