Hello Mr Walsh I have a situation where i have been suffering from BDD for over a decade realting to my hair, and since I am now bald and grey as well I wonder even if I have BDD or am I just ugly, since all the videos about BDD always display young handsome people that have a misguided belief they have a flaw, but I feel I look old, so I'm confused right there. I do have all the other symptoms of BDD. What therapy could you recommend me ? and is there a chance for me to ever heal from BDD ? I mean do people heal from it , does it happen ? Well, what do you that IS true? How about this.. Can you control you friends mind? Can you control your own mind? Which one do you think you have more control over? Focus your efforts on the one you can control, then you will get the results you are looking for.
