It’s nice to see the CPD get a chance to tell the board, “Look, a lot of times the board simply don’t understand the laws/policies.” Let’s hope that the board takes that as an opportunity to do some continuing education on their own.
Wait, so instead of exonerating officers when both the CPD and DIG have investigated and agree, they are just marked “administratively closed?” Not only does that not seem fair for the officer accused, but it will really skew the data/reports as well. 🤔
