Superman never flew on a cloud and was raised by two parents and never had an old mentor. Never used a weapon. Authors have slowly given Superman everyone else’s powers since the original Superman wasn’t even able to fly at first. Journey to the west explains the nimbus cloud. Explains the power pole (which was used to connect to korin tower so goku could reach him to get to kami lookout. Superman original author has already have articles that Superman got his based powers from inspiration from POPEYE the sailor man. The speed strength and leaping a building in a single jump.

The prologue is literally goku and Superman backstory if you want to go there. Goku doesn’t get his powers from the sun and his parents sent him to a “weak planet” not a planet where he will be a god. Superman was made 1914 and hasn’t been the same character since he’s been created. Ppl don’t even know Superman is based off popeye the sailman. That’s why the first Superman couldn’t fly 😂 But aye go off. You don’t know about the Chinese folklore either. Majority of American comics are based off the original cartoon run with popeye and Betty or off of lore and history from another country. Next thing you’re going to tell me is Odin was invented by marvel and not from folk lore because that’s what you first saw him on.
