Today we're taking a look at some competition routes. Since I'm notoriously bad at climbing on rope we're bringing in the big guns, Hannes Puman and Fredrik Serlachius. We also get some insight from our team coach Björn who set the routes and some good vibes from our hosts Freddy Mountain and Niclas.
