There is a guy on RU-vid (Eric Berg). I follow him for healthy lifestyle. There is scientific evidence that human body absorbs egg proteins more efficiently. Hence you don’t need too many eggs. Since cost was a factor in the video, hence the comment. But I am not huge on bodybuilding… it’s more healthy to consume eggs.
Bro the main issue is fat. Especially with panerr and nuts and whole eggs. Taking them increases the daily intale limit of both fat and calories, especially when you want to cut weight. So i request, could you highlight the total fat taken in this list of protein diet you have told?

tbh protein is not the only thing that is required with it, as many sources of protein might not be good, ie they do not have enough amino acids in them. Try searching for good sources of protein, which to my knowledge, mostly is found in non veg.
