Hello everyone!
Today, i will show you some loadouts, weapons, accessories, armor to help you for your next ranger playthrough for Calamity 2.0.3.006, which is the last version of the Calamity mod!
This is maybe one of my biggest project yet so a sub to the channel will be very cool!

how do you even survive in master mode lol i just finished my firstp laythrough so in my second i decided to go expert, zombies doing 50 damage per hit was not a pleasant experience although after a couple hours of digging underneath my house (crimson to the right, jg to the left) i made some progress and am on my way to the ranger armour (got the mandibles but no silk cuz there's an oasis between me and the jg)

lol yeah this guide is quite good i've started my infernum + eternity fargo's souls mod fortheworthy world with 200% boss health. Only problem is that this guide is a bit behind in progression for such an advanced world ;-;

@@linonion659 Well personally, i think you should do what you feel you are comfortable with. However, I would also recommend stepping up to normal mode, and eventually expert, i recommend convincing one of your friends to buy terraria and then play with them, not only is it more fun, you also get twice the loot from bosses.

READ THIS right after you beat WOF, it has a chance to beat the meowthrower. it will help so much with the right equipment. After all three mech bosses, get chlorophite armor and upgrade your meowthrower to a terra flameburster. Upgrade to shroomite This carried me to moon lord with the righht equipment, where i upgraded my flamethrower to the elemental eruption. THIS WEAPON IS SO BRAINDEAD OP PLEASE USE FLAMETHROWERS MORE (get all lucky reforges and shroomite specialist helmet when on shroomite tier) I literally see pre yharon equipment on this guide doing the same-less dps as this build Also use sdmg variants with the providence bullets (forgot the name but they explode)

I always come back to those guides when i get back to play some Terraria after a long break, Great work ! Only thing i feel like it's missing or information that i would like to know is what the best accessory modifier are. Should I max def, att speed, crit, 50/50... I dont know.

I’d suggest to reforge to menacing if you use an aggressive playstyle and warding if you use a defensive playstyle

lucky for crit is worth with certain acc setup if you can get 100%. Or just with soma prime :)

Above 50% crit chance is not worth, in that case reforging to menacing gives more DPS. Just search the balance

Helpful tip: The Arbalest shoots WAY faster spam clicking rather than holding the button down. I was running infernum, and was able to shred Aquatic when I found this out.

Rusty Medallion is actually useless for WoF fight, it doesn't work underground. Use Honey Tooth Necklace instead

I'm some what surprised the Crackshot Colt wasn't mentioned in terms of early game, its a pretty nice weapon if you want soem guranteed dmg on faster enemies

use piranha gun for golem on death mode, lets you dodge attacks while doing really good damage.

Pre WOF you should have the bundle of horseshoe balloons. Immunity to fall damage never hurts.

Just a small mistake, The Seraph tracers is now called Celestial Tracers and Celestial Tracers is now Seraph Tracers. Yep they changed without us noticing

on Pre-Scel i wouldn't recommend to use Daawnlight Spirit it's pretty bad if u use weapons with fast fire rate and even with slow weapons it would make ur DPS lower

As a long time ranger enjoyer who has played hundreds of hours of calamity, i endorse this video and agree with the choices of equipment, but I personally use wings instead of the hoverboard for pre-golem

It’s probably just his mistake though, as that update came out 8 months ago. This video was released 4 months ago. So unless it took 4 months to finish the post moon lord stuff in the video, it’s highly unlikely

Currently doing a calamity infernum playthrough, I wanted to notify that the P90 (weapon obtained early hardmode by the arms dealer) is somehow doing more damage than the sea seering. Why is this?

P90 pretty sure has high armour penetration hence why it does more damage, plus P90 with Explosive Rounds fucking annihilates

I've been playing calamity infernum mode for 3 days and there is no better weapon in early hardmode than polaris parrotfish (u fish in astral biome to get it) and i beat cryogen before any mech and all the mechs with it so just use it its mega strong.

Brome has pretty much misinformation, and in this point of the game elysian wings are better than any tracer in terms of horizontal and vertical speed and wing flight time. Run speed from tracers are pretty useless by the fact you most time spend in the air.
