I'm on a 30 day fast first time ever fasting started at 272 pounds I'm on day 4 today I'm I'm 262 today 😊 hungry is definitely trying to come at me lol. I can definitely feel this in my body. Great videos
enjoy yourself chief - we all know you'll lose it all again with interest. I think this is why your channel resonates - it takes account of real-life ie/ birthdays, feasts, holidays etc.
This makes me feel better. I had planned to fast from Wednesday to Friday. But my older kids came over and wanted me to drink with them and hang out and eat. So I did. Clock started 12:15 am I got this!! We can still have fun and live life and reach our goals
Jerome! Leo here from UK.. I’ve finally got into the swing of rolling 44 hour fasts, plus I grinded out an 85, but gonna stick with the 44s, basically 8pm Sunday til 4pm Tuesday. I feel I can definitely be consistent with that.. down from 14:7 to 13:7 in 3 weeks (203 pounds to 189) my target is 170; thanks for your encouragement bud, you’re doing good things, enjoy your holiday 🍸👍🌴 Ps I’ve cut coffee for now and my sleep has improved significantly, also leave the phone off after 8pm, I reckon these things play into the bigger picture

Enjoy your vacation. Thank you for helping all of us to hang in there and not give up. I'm just not getting back on track after a family cruise. I ate and enjoyed my family. I forgot to hit the fasting button. However I did log my steps and took the stairs on every opportunity and there was a walking track. I took walks with my youngest son on some nights, no fasting but lots of walking. I'm doing short fast (16 or 23 hours) to get back on track.

Hi. Most of people in this channel drink only water like Jerome. If you feel really weak you can put salt in your water, you will see the difference. @@zacmitchell

Hi, love the videos. Also I'm originally from Chicago too, but now living in San Antonio Texas. How do you eat so much food after fasting for so long? If I do that I'd have the dumping syndrome. Are you advocating eating so much food on your refeeds?
I'm sure that the way you fast is one of the best way. I used to fast for longer days because I felt so much energy after 3 days but I was more hungry when refeeding and it was more difficult to go back to the fasting. So I gained few pounds again. Thanks for your experience .
Well, it's your time to relax and not think about calories. But if you eat the way you've told us to eat, 1 ingredient foods, I'm sure you can continue to do that whilst on vacation. Now, the drinks? Not so sure about those. They pack a lot of calories, for sure. But enjoy! And see you when you get back.
why dont you do one meal a day, when you are on vacation? or just eat less portions, you shouldnt put on too much weight , but enjoy yourself and stay safe!!
easy to do when folks are rich 🤷🏾♂️ for those of us who have minimum wage/not professionals who cant work when we want, we need the energy and cannot fast
