You are correct on the trusses! I was a truss designer for 12 years and had a project that the builder had a schedule of when he wanted trusses for a huge apartment complex in Knoxville, Tn I designed them and sent them out according to the schedule. The builder got way behind and left the trusses on the ground in the elements and they turned black. The city inspector would not pass the trusses until we got a letter stating that the black mold would not hurt the trusses from Southern Wood Councils Engineers!

It would be really interesting to show a machine that Mike rented and returned to one that Eric rented. Mike's come back clean and fueled. I can't believe Eric's come back like that. Plus him doing big jobs he underbids Ryan on since he knows exactly how much Ryan charges. Eric needs to be treated like what he is, which is a direct competitor.

Gotta keep all that expensive equipment under a roof. Even a farm type with roof and open sides. It will keep it in much better shape and last longer ..

Based on all the videos I've seen of Ryan showing Eric how to set up a string line over and over and other easy stuff he should already know, it probably takes Eric weeks to do a job that should take a fraction of that time. It is free entertainment tho, watching that poor guy struggle day after day.

I work in an office job and never thought I’d enjoy watching concrete work. BUT I KEEP COMING BACK… Thanks for getting me through the day Ryan and team.

Those cooler adds are on a lot recently. It’s the same principle as a swamp cooler they have been around many years in the southwest. They only work in hot , dry climates. All the ones Ive seen are large window units. They work by evaporation so the more surface area the water is exposed to , the better they work. That thing is probably just going to get your seats wet , lol.
