Concrete truck driver arrested, admitted to consuming cocaine before fatal bus crash 

My god... those poor parents. Rest in peace baby. Fkn heartbreaking man... Sue the company. Lock his ass up.

Company should be sued off to the side as well. There absolutely zero reason that guy should been driving. That man was only a danger to other drivers because the company let him be one by giving him an oversized death machine to drive.

Part of this is the fault of the DMV! They should have these things updated in real-time and not once per year!! With all the computer technology of today shouldn't it be easy to update daily and not yearly????????????? As for the concrete company, not to take sides or defer blame but I'm a business owner and as such can tell you the system is severely flawed. I did a background check on some employees and they came up clean. After our expensive work tools went missing and then our work van ended up impounded I was in shock! How could people with such clean backgrounds turn so bad?????????? Well, it turns out the background checker hadn't been updated properly. The clowns I hired were known drug addicts and thieves in the area! I was totally unaware!! I spoke to the local police and they said, "Yes, we knew about them all along!" I asked why I was never warned. The police chief responded, "Well we aren't allowed to for the privacy of the criminal!!!!!!!!!!!!!" So protect the darned criminal but not the businesswoman who is trying to make a positive impact on the community???????????????? Sounds about right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!! What is wrong with society?????????????? Long story short, if the concrete company didn't know about this clown's background for the same reasons I didn't know about our clown's background, then everything should fall squarely on the clown himself. Place blame where blame deserves to be. If the company did know but didn't care then yes, they should be sued. Regardless, the DMV had a big hand in this mess!!

Shouldn't the company also be liable for keeping that driver employed
