I really like this video because your movements are so slow and steady, this is an awesome reference for figuring out some moves I've had trouble with, especially angel rolls, which are really difficult for me right now

there was a matrix in there that if you had a ponytail tied up right you would have exited with it going around the ponytail, sometimes i do it without even meaning to and your line as it exited and the way it just slightly went up the neck would've done it
