You have a lot of variety of meats in the supermarket. So, let's be clear what each is. Unless the package says grass-fed or 100% grass-fed you can be sure that the meat is conventional. What that means that the cattle were raised in feedlots, unfortunately, fed with a grain-based diet with a lot of corn and a lot of added growth hormones and antibiotics. So that's a meat that we would at Wild Zora would just never touch and I really don't believe that it's healthy for anybody because you are what you put in. If those farmers are putting growth hormones and antibiotics into the cow, obviously it stays the meat and then you have it on your plate. You eat it. You put it into your body. So the other range up is the grass-fed. So what that means, that the cattle were raised on pastures most of its life. Usually the last six weeks to two months they go they're finished on grain. And a lot of chefs prefer grass-fed over a hundred percent grass-fed because when they fatten them on grain over the last two months there's nice marbling in the steak and it adds more flavor because there is more fat. But what we use Wild Zora is only 100% grass-fed which also means grass-fed, grass-finished. So, just want to clarify that. That means that the cattle has been since it stopped drinking mother's milk only grazing pastures outside in its own natural environment eating. grass.
