As a blind guy myself, your story is very inspiring to me Christine! However I really really really wish you would do more videos just explaining how exactly it is you prepare dishes. Especially figuring how you’re a master chef winner, would just love to be able to learn more tips and tricks from you!!! I enjoyed the tour of your kitchen you shot a while back showing off things like your automated faucet I believe it was! Anyhow keep on keeping on!!

Would love to see your take on a New Orleans classic, BBQ shrimp, with a Viet flare. I’m a big fan of bbq shrimp and also an underrated dish Vietnamese dish call Tom kho. I feel like both are fairly similar and can be easy to fuse together.
