Traveling to and eating street food in Vietnam - Day 1, Taipei to Hanoi 

In September 2023, Christine embarked on a two-week culinary diplomacy tour as an arts envoy for the American Embassy in Vietnam. She had done similar tours before to the Middle East and the Balkans, but this is the first time she’s served as an American envoy to the country of her ancestors.
