Copycat Chickfila | Phuong Le | Episode 5

Now, you can make your own version of the Chickfila sandwich at home if you're ever craving it, especially on a Sunday!
• 2 boneless, skinless thin cut chicken breasts (if regular cut, then you’ll need to use a meat tenderizer to flatten and cut into two pieces)
• ¼ cup (or enough to cover chicken) dill pickle juice
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 tbsp sriracha (optional, adds a kick)
• ½ cup flour
• 1 1/3 tablespoon powdered sugar
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp celery salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, depending on level of spice you desire)
• Peanut oil
• Buns, butter, and pickles to serve
