Microsoft had warned couple of months ago about this virus. In fact they had released a security patch to resolve this issue. Only thing you can do now is to pay to get your files back or else clean all of your hard drive and install Windows 10 build 1703 with automatic updates enabled. Then you'll never ever be affected by this. Regards! Best of Luck! I am a student of BSCS in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
