I made the peppermint mocha for the first time for a guest who came over to my house, who I barely knew. When my guest drank it, they fell in LOVE with it... My guest said that they are going to invite us for christmas because the drink! Crazy right! I got close to a person because of a drink! I really don't know if anyone else has experienced something like this but yeah, I have! So I wanted to give a HUGE thank you to you Sadia! Seriously, this one comes deep from my heart. =)

As a novice student of Japanese tea ceremony...we literally give the guest a tiny sugar cube and tell them when to eat it before giving them the tea. It isn't a western thing either; it's part of the "script." There's etiquette involved in simply presenting the sweets tray. The sweet isn't always packed sugar, but my instructor favored them because they were small and traveled well. You might like how they're made; with very fine sugar and all natural dyes.

Ok sooo I tried making all 5 latte Peppermint Mocha : I was expecting I would like it, and I loved it! The other 4, am not gonna lie, I was extremely sceptical if I'll like them Spiced Golden Latte Red velvet latte Butterfly Pea latte Vanilla Coconut Matcha latte Matcha was least expected to be liked coz of some past experience. However, I loved them all! Thanks so much Sadia for these amazing latte recipes !! 💜💜💜

I have to say I see why your channel is SO HUGE...your lovely personality and energy- and thisi is so simple but SO GOOD AND SO well filmed. YOu've inspired me to do something for my channel but my kitchen is not as lovely, my camera not as good...but that's for the INSPIRATION. I used to use vanillasugar but instead of vanillasugar, just use vanilla extract, the additional sugar is usually not necessary 😊

we made several of these for Christmas gifts - loved the mocha (as expected), came to love the smurf latte (loved the color from the get go), and the surprise favorite (for me) was the spiced golden latte. I've had several over this last year, and this is the best - easy to put together, delicious in oat milk - just the right amount of tumeric to spices. Perfection!

I've made every single one of these lattes and I have beautiful jars of them ready for my afternoon pick-me up/calm-me down. Each one is such a perfect blend. (I did add a little allspice to the Butterfly Pea Flower latte). Life choices. This latte selection is a solid, beautiful and nourishing life voice.

If you add lemon juice to butterfly pea it turns pink. You can use the flowers to make tea as well. You could possibly find it at your local asian supermarket.

Sadia, I just tried 2 of these recipes today with my best friend, for the first time, and of course we both watched your video about 4-5 times before we started, for inspiration! I want to say, though, that one thing that warms my heart even more than the cozy lattes is your ability to be so down-to-earth and vulnerable no matter how famous you are. I truly view you as my favorite influencer, and this is probably my top reason. Your blooper reel is a testament to the fact that we can aspire for excellence yet still laugh when we make mistakes and see them as a learning opportunity rather than a trigger to be self-critical. As someone who is trying to grow my confidence and decrease my perfectionism, you are truly such a role model! Love you! P.S. I would be remiss if I didn't add: the lattes (smurf and matcha) were such a hit. We even made seconds for her parents! :D

Everything seems to be "instant" and I'm grateful for that convenience and all of the ideas! But I do love spending time in my kitchen. I know it's probably not a shared interest for a future idea, but I'd love to see a few recipes that are NOT intended to be quick, fast, easy, etc. Just some good old fashioned effort and the coziness of spending time doing something you love. Making delicious things- that's the fun part! Enjoying with a loved one is the reward ❤😄

Just made the golden milk mixture minus the sugar since I'll add my own sweetener when I make it and it was delicious! I love that this video was not just latte recipes but the mixtures so that it's ready to go. I love watching so many latte videos but never have the time. I was doing matcha because the powder was done for me but I want to avoid caffeine. Once I made the golden latte mixture it took the same 2 min to make my matcha and now its ready for awhile. I'm so grateful, thank you!

if you don’t have a whisk, you can use chopsticks to stir the matcha also. i think it works better than a spoon or fork to get the foam and to mix it thoroughly. (i’ve seen some people recommend to use a fork also.)

Oooh!! Some new drink mixes to try - the red velvet, golden latte, and pea flower mixes look so cool and delicious!! I recently made mocha, chai, and matcha drink mixes for three different families. For the chai, I used instant tea powder, chai spices (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves), sugar, dry milk powder, and dry creamer (dairy, yes). It’s super yummy! I’m sure there is plant based milk powder out there for those wanting to have an instant drink mix that includes all the ingredients besides water. But I also like the idea of no milk powder because then any kind of milk can be added 😊
