This will be so exciting! With the coil on plugs, did you pull the distributor out of the block? I'm considering modifing distributor by a rotor delete (cut the shaft) at the clamping surface of the block as i am running a mechanical oil pump. Just curious, did you install a cam pickup as well?

Yes, I am running a MSD cam plug so I can have a cam position for cranking. Once it is running, since it has a 12 -1 crank trigger it can ignore the cam sync, since it will know the relationship of the cam with the missing magnet. Go fast, go straight! Be SAFE!

Any video updates on your coil on plug set up? I have been saving my pennies for fuel tech ecu. I will be converting to coil on plug also.

My current situation has made it nearly impossible to make any progress. I have the 11-1 crank trigger confirmed and the MSD cam plug installed and confirmed. Now I need to do the FT-550 side and attempt to crank it. Stay tuned. Go fast, go straight! Be SAFE!
