3 Cups Cake flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1+1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon milk powder
1-2 cups lukewarm milk
57g soft butter
knead for 10-15 minutes
cover and let it proof for 2 hours or until double in size.
