Kpro and Kpro 4 is VERY Very close to THIS. I watched a gazillion videos on the Hondata for Kpro And no one I mean no one explains it right you made it very concise very easy to understand thank you very much! Hopefully if you haven’t already done some videos you could do some Kpro 4 videos.
I really appreciate that comment, I do have a kpro video out there as well. I do have some more coming out soon. Thank you for watching and also commenting ❤️
Good video! Apparently 8th and 9th gen guys are lucky in that flashpro actually put useable startup/run data in the fuel tables when switching from MAF to MAP... Unfortunately this isn't the case with the 1G RDX... it simply will not start when attempting on the data they input in the fuel tables. I added and subtracted by 10% trying to get a startup. Never long enough for the O2 sensor to come online... Eventually the battery drained down and spark plugs fouled out (top mount IC=fun). Had to go back to MAF cal. If you could cover a startup fueling data for when the data is useless that would be much appreciated!
@@RCautoworks Well for the 1G RDX switching to MAP and getting initial start yes because the values from hondata in the tables are not correct (they admitted that in flashpro forum) they also will provide no help getting the calibration working on MAP only that they made it possible so figure it out on your own or pay someone. I was thinking whatever vehicle you have just show how to get the fuel table values roughly setup and then show us what you do to get it running stable... I know in theory start with low values and add 10% at a time in the startup area RPM/VAC cells... I zeroed cam angle and spark too but still just cranking no start until fouling the plugs... Once I get the O2 sensor to register feedback on A/F I can dial in the rest. I have a Rotrex powered FIT I tuned myself but it is OEM MAP calibration already. Thank you much appreciated it this is a possibility!!
Love these kinds of vehicles. Thank you for helping the community. I'm still learning and I haven't found a lot of info dealing with my Accord (8th gen) Also being a newbie I bought the Ktuner v2 when I should have went with Hondata.
How much would you suggest raising timing? Ive added about 2 degrees from 3500-7k in my k20z3 and it feels good but idk if i should keep adding. Nkt getting knock
@@RCautoworks yea I probably need a dyno. Vdyno works ok but it's finicky. Without touching the timing and just goin on e85, how much power do you normally see on these cars vs 91? I'm boltons e85
I have a bone stock civic, and i did a basemap reflash, just that. But i got some problems with misfire detection, i guess it was because i don’t have an aftermarket flywheel and i unchecked the misfire detection and the problem went away. But now i want to put my car back in stock ecu but im having the misfire problem again. When i hit the redline i got this checks lights (emissions, abs/vsa, missfire on all four cylinders, and power steering) and the car can’t pass the 3k rpms. And i want to sell the hondata flashpro bc I’m not planning to do mods in this car, but i don’t want to leave my car with basemap and with the misfire detection unchecked. What can i do?
