Collage art can be expressive, sophisticated and exciting, and there are many ways to use collage in your art work. In this two part series, I'll take you through the steps with easy demonstrations, so that you can learn the skills and techniques to create your own collage papers, and your own expressive artwork.
The materials you will need:
Assorted paper - copier paper, tissue paper and cheap thin paper is perfect!
Paint - acrylic and watercolour
Glue stick or paper glue
Newspapers, magazines, assorted ephemera
Scissors/craft knife
Trimmer - optional
Gel plate - optional
Hole punches - optional
