One of your recent videos reminded me how much fun I had on a Jeep tour years ago of Eldorado Mine with my mother. So.... my family came into town lastweek and I took them to Eldorado Mine for the tour. Even having it be a repeat experience for myself I still had an excellent time. The tour guide was so knowledgeable and funny! I swear he deserves his own comedy special on Comedy Central. If you plan on going to Vegas I highly recommend taking the Mine tour, it's only about a 45min drive from the strip and its basically a straight drive right to it.

Appreciate the past and the things our forbearers did for our lives today, and respect that we have to do the same today with regards to all before and after.

Thank you for posting this video. I was defibrillatored years ago and almost died later from the disease of alcoholism. The importance of two things now stick out: making the best use of today's time, and memories. I was told that nobody ever dies until they are forgotten. I will watch this video again and pause for a few seconds at each. They all had relevant journeys, and we seldom if ever go there. That's where your graveyard discussion took me, anyway. Thanks as well to Mr. Mike Illitch for having EMS at the Fox Theatre in Detroit to save this Canadian's life. I live on lake Huron shore -perch and pickerel.

Love this stuff! I've always been fascinated with the wild west. All the outlaws and interesting people that populated different growing settlements. My favorite outlaw has always been Billy the Kid. He's got a lot of history out where I grew up in deep south Arizona. My family has a ranch that was settled in the 1800s. There's a conspiracy if you will, surrounding our family. Was told some were outlaws, but for the most part, my father has been tight-lipped, understandably. Lol Very interesting history. Love this! 💞👌😊

I enjoy your vids and check frequently for new episodes. I grew up in Arizona and the Colorado River has been a part of my life, one way or another, most of my life. At one time the Colorado River flowed into the Sea of Cortez. Reduced flows and diversion in Mexico for Agriculture (Morales Dam I think) stopped the flow into the Sea of Cortez. One one occasion years ago (1963?) I was talking to one of the original settlers (land squatter) near Cibola (South of Blythe, CA) who told me that there used to be schools of "Colorado River Salmon" that swam up the river from the south to spawn. I later learned that these were the now endangered Sea of Cortez Totoaba. In the early 1970's I used to camp near El Gulfo de Santa Clara and in talking to the local fishermen that the Totoaba was still relatively plentiful though declining.I was shown two large specimen's from a recent catch that must have been at the upper end of their growth range. It would be interesting to see what changes have taken place along the river south of Blythe to the Sea of Cortez; how it has impacted the local people, environment and fishing. Any story about this should include mention of the severely endangered Vaquity Porpoise who's fate is tied to the Totoaba in a strange way

this channel is just getting better and better. I started watching just because of the lake levels videos, and enjoy the fishing even though I have never caught a fish in my life haha but my favorite are your history and exploration videos. You do it really really well. I can only speak for myself but I enjoy these the best. I like the variety you offer though too. cooking, fishing, exploring, history ...many channels just always do the same thing more or less in each video. Something about your personalities and way of speaking is very appealing as well, it's like relaxing and enjoyable just hearing you all talk. like unintentional ASMR.my stress level just goes down as soon as I tune in.
