Hey world most famous show stopping down home cooking queen , I would like for you to make an apple cake from scratch with butterscotch morsels, I'm not finding a good recipe for on any where on the internet. Can you use multiple types of oil like olive oil or even Crisco and how long do they stay crispy cuz I have that issue where they are crispy 4 not too long

If you add shrimp, do you cook the shrimp before the vegetables are added or do you add the raw shrimp in the wrappers and let it cook in the grease ?

T Locklin Throw the shrimp in during the last few minutes of cooking the vegetables. Cool the filling, then roll and fry.

teaira williams Yes but the shrimp will need to go in AFTER the vegetables are starting to wilt. They will turn pink in no flat. Personally I would ground the shrimp up in a food processor.

Got some good tips from this video now it's time for me to make a special request. Carolyn, can you make an old-fashioned southern caramel cake video? I made one last month following someone else's recipe and it came out trash. The frosting tasted like milk and not caramel at all. The cake part came out tasting salty. I followed her mess exactly. I know I can depend on your recipes to be legit and I have made several of them. Can you hook us up this holiday season?

can i make these and store them in the freezer to fry them when needed ? or is it only good when it's fresh ?

I think so. Test it out by freezing a couple and then cook them a couple of days later. I didn’t test it that way but I don’t see a problem at this point.
