This man has some interesting recipes. I made this one today but substituted Sirloin, and chipotle for "zippy zap", though I would have followed the receipe exactlly if I could have found the boneless beef ribs or beef tips. The end result was quite good. It's been awhile since I had such a rich beef gravy. It had been a long time since I'd last used Montreal Steak Seasoning--it definitely put a nice finish on everything at the end of the four hours.
