War crimes were created by cowards to try and control warriors who are willing to do what it takes to win wars. War is cruel. Trying to control it is laughable.
I hope he never gets sent back in time to the medievil times. All history books would talk about the great sligshot empire. With its war cry of "let me show you our features"
"Fashioned this from an old shotgun barrel I had lying around" ... at least sharpened shotgun barrels arent outlawed so thats technically a legal bolt there.
King Phil Jr. honestly if I was his neighbor I'll be the one shooting the videos and helping him because I would love to know more about everything he does. And then by the way I could teach him everything about hand-in-hand fighting since I pretty much just teach seminars all over the country why not in Germany
It's always good to make friends with people like Joerg, because when SHTF, that's who you want backing you up! I'd take one Joerg over a dozen city-slickers any day.
Imagine you're a burglar and you break into a house. You suddenly hear a hearty laugh followed by "I call this the [insert weapon name]! Let me show you its features!"
OK. Produce it in Metal Titanium for the Sledge. I would be first in line to Purchase one. I am always amazed at what this Genius produces from simple Plywood. It would be fantastic if a Crossbow Manufacturing Company could get behind him and produce more of his ideas. I am aware that some Models have been made and are available, but this particular idea has a lot of promise. Thanks for all of the work you do. It has progressed a lot from the early days when I used to follow it as “The Slingshot Channel” May you continue to amaze & delight us all
Hans Wurst I understand that but the moral compass of Joerg knows that a "toy" like this could do terrible damage and if someone gets hurt with his 'toys" he could get into trouble
ARE YOU THROWING AWAY ALL OF THESE ??? YOU COULD HAVE MADE A SLINGSHOT TO SHOT THE OLD SLINGSHOTS !!! more seriously, you could have sell those, or if not for you, give the money to an association ? maybe... am i being idealistic ? maybe it's a bit difficult to sell officialy deadly what-the-fuckesk slingshots made out of wood... anyway, love your videos !
M M0NKEY B0MB there would probably be a bit of a hassle with selling weapons online. He usually takes the effort to meet German legal standards so they're classified as hunting crossbows or 'toys' but selling something so devastating to strangers could cause huge problems if that person was irresponsible with it
I think the wooden "plug" you have behind the broad head is a good idea. It would hold the wound channel open. It would be better I think, if it was made out of a web type cylinder. That way the blood could escape the cavity leaving a blood trail. This would come in handy if the "prey" was only wounded and you needed to track it. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for all you do! From New England US
I love it when Joerg does his usual "let me show you it's feature's "before he tells us except for the safety features ....which are ZERO hahahahahaaaaa.
Joerg, Serious suggestion....If the arrow/bolt was in a sled that would be drawn back, the push on the arrow could be moved from the notch to the back of the arrow head by moving the string notch from the arrow to the rear of the sled.....This means that the arrow shaft could be made MUCH THINNER AND LIGHTER and produce a higher velocity.....This would also reduce the arrows tendency to "wiggle" in flight with the resultant loss of accuracy concordant with that. I have not seen anyone do this....Would it be interesting to experiment with that?
With the riot shield, Joerg says it wouldn’t have been fatal for someone holding it, but with that amount of force you’d have to be pretty strong otherwise the shield would probably be pushed back towards you with a war crime sticking out of it
The presentation is the same in every video but you can't predict what the next weapon will be at any given point, it's always something new and going against at least 5 conventions!
He left out the clip where he used a solid tungsten spear fired with a 900 pound draw crossbow. The recoil from that behemoth is why he had to get braces. This RU-vid channel pays his orthodontic bills.
That's the tricky part about gun control. I love telling people that I hunt with rounds outlawed for use in international warfare (soft points, hollow points).
Joerg" i have weapons the Geneva convention hasnt heard of...*Pulls out alien looking weapon* heres a proto type LET ME SHOW YOU ITS features *HAHAHA* *country leaders begin sweating*
Be WWIII chilling in bunker "I call this the war crime" Did you hear that "Let me show you its features!" Oh crap "HaHaHaHaHaHa" Jesus christ have mercy on me, a sinner.
簡宥名 poor guy, has to choose only one of his war crime inspired rubber band murder machines to test out on the poor soul who found themselves in his humble abode
hames stanfield the spin would’ve caused too much energy loss greatly reducing the range of an already short ranged bow, furthermore the flesh eater is hollow allowing massive blood loss which is similar in effect to the commando knife, the reason that the flesh eater isn’t used as a knife is due to the weaker penetration power making it less effective with raw strength.
But not from birth,it's like Wizards Powers. Either you discover it somewhen in your life,or you have to be creative because you have to fix something in a hurry
Mustard gas is also illegal in warfare but certain groups don't play by the rules and attack civilians to cause panic, so if someone sets a gas bomb off filled with mustard gas, and you happen to be one of the unfortunate people in that area, would that be the same as "getting what's coming to them, via their choices"? Because you chose to be in the area?
@c1ang3r not every soldier is there by free will. Many countries still have a mandatory draft for all men. My country included. If Finland goes to war, i have to fight. No choice. Also, most countries don't really care about rules. Many "illegal" weapons are still used. Only the loser faces consequences for their warcrimes.
Just imagine that when he shoots a home invator he just leaves them there on his wall so when you break in you see his master piece, dozens of dead people pinned to the walls with pencils or something, as you sheepishly leave the house you hear his laugh as he shoots you with a homeade crossbow that was made to shoot sharpened broom handles
No, his creations are not illegal to sell, Otherwise he would not be allowed to make and own them^^ Slingshots and bows are unregulated and daggers and crossbows are age restricted, at least in Germany. nothing of this is illegal
Well, selling weapons without a license to do so is legally quite sketchy, even if the weapons themselves are legal. He probably just wants to save himself the headache
www.slingshotchannelstore.de/ As long as the stuff he sells doesn' require a license to buy and own, he can trade as much as he wants. But I think you are rght, I also guess he wants to save himself the headache by not selling the homemade stuff
I made the same, cuz I missed the comment :P It's easy to sell anything. Just label it as art- and marked it in the makers name. Impossible to ban even SAM rigs with a fully functional pivot. I heard of one that was sold as art. (Hitched at the automated guide system ofc, and the missiles had to be emptied out completely. Still looks real AF and scary as hell!)
