Another great video. Now I know what to do with my fish heads. I have heard that the eye balls are the healthiest part of the fish. They have the most nutrients and more omega-3 than any other part.

I never take Bananas on my Boat, No Way. If something goes wrong, I will blame those bananas. LOL Great video as always.

hhmmmmm.....why is it that every time I see your videos coming,my first thought is"hhmm,what are we gonna cook today?"I wonder!!!! in my country,the head is almost always for what we call"bouillon poisson"(fish thick soup)for the head is where(as you so aptly say)there is a max of flavour.we'll have this with white rice and coconut chutney(which is coconut flesh with green chili,coriander,fresh mint,garlic,salt and pepper all grounded to a paste.and then...FIESTA!!!!!!!safe sailing,Capn'.

Do you eat the heads on all fish? Are the heads of fish like trout, Spanish-mackerels, sheepshead, sea bass, drum, puppy-drum, also good to eat?

Hola captain! As always awesome videos! We have a question. What kind of insurance do you have when in The Bahamas? We are getting a new boat and want to head out to Bimini but some insurances like Progressive don't cover you there. We are buying a 27 Feet boat but it has one engine.
