Now, this is a special variety is Pepper Thattai. For this, the ratio is important because the final Milagu Thattai needs to be thick and crunchy. So we will see how to make a perfect healthy pepper Thattai.

Here are the ingredients for Milagu Thattai
Urad dhal - 40 gms
Rice flour - 500 gms
Jeera - 10 gms
Pepper 60 gms
Asafoetida - 20 gms
White sesame seed - 2 Teaspoon
Vanaspathy - 60 gms
Soaked urad dal - 75 gms
Soaked moong dal - 75 gms
Butter - 20 gms
Salt to taste
