Thanks! I didn't buy one yet but now I see you have rubber caps for the chairs and mat so nothing moves. That's important as I had a cheap cycle that moved all over.

I have a question: Where can I go to buy one of those chairs that you and your class are using in the video? I’m definitely going to need one for my Cubii exercises, as the one used today at home makes it difficult for me to do some of the exercises.
Hi Joseph, thanks for watching our workout! We find that any sturdy chair would work; however, maybe a kitchen table chair/dining table chair or folding chair may work best for you! It's all about which you are most comfortable with. Hope this helps!
I would suggest talking to your doctor/specialist about that. Yes you could stress your body but remember that the body does needs to be exercised snd stretched to avoid getting all tight. Start off small...
