Ingredients list:
1.5 kg lamb
4 / 6 tbs mustard oil or vegetable oil
3 bay leaf (tez pata)
4 (1 inch Cinnamon sticks / Acadia Bark)
5-6 Cardimon pods
1 tsp punch phoron
2 medium sliced onion
2 heaped tsp of ginger & garlic paste
10 clove of garlic
1 diced green pepper
3 diced/chopped fresh tomato
10 green chilli
1 cup yogurt
Spice mix:
2 tsp salt
0.5 turmeric powder
1.5 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam massala
