I've had three MRI scans in the last 18 months - I have steelplates in my left arm - it's no bother as they were put in a few years ago (broad sided by a car while riding my Yamaha) just relax and think about jobs you have to do and it won't bother you ( one MRI scan makes you feel like you are pissing down your leg ( you're not - but feels like you are ) The bikes looking good - try having two huskies - when they fart you certainly know about it - silent but deadly !

Hey man, no problem. With the MRI, just lay still and imagine you're going through a Star Gate. Works for me anyway.

Those Amal carb springs are massive pain in the hoop, I bend a bit of 1m sheet into a rough C shape with a couple of slots in it so I can compress the spring and pass the cable through it, makes assembling the carb a lot easier.

My Wassel micro was £93 odd 2 years ago! when I had my MRI scan I am a bit claustrophobic so they use a machine like a big trouser press on me, The day I went the lights and heating were off so I lay in the cold and dark freezing my walnuts off and they kept telling me to lie still! I couldn't stop shivering!!!! Good Luck with yours Bud!!

I'm glad you are getting the MRI Craig. They will be able to see exactly how to rebuild you. While you are in it, think about the Ural project. I'd love to see you tackle an original Interceptor as well.

Those MRIs are noisy buggers. They put some earphones on me with music, but i5 was still noisy. I think I was in there for 45 minutes, but they were scanning my heart.

Don't worry about a MRI I've had loads and all a none event really unless they need to inject a contrast agent which can make you feel a bit strange but literally only lasts for a couple of seconds or so.

Of course, without compromising your business interests. See, I am guessing that many teaching and studying politics at universities across the country, also don’t fully appreciate how this works. And yet it sounds like it is the essential oil in the great machine, and if the PM has decided to cut it off in order to pass through the house - we’ll, that is a big move. And surely he knows as well as anyone, its ramifications. Anyway, could you create a hypothetical example of how these donations work when a business deal is done, so we can see how the big machine actually works?

An MRI picked up a metal fragment in me once, all I can think is that it was a piece of foil from my tablet blister pack. I never felt anything and it didn’t show up 6 months later when I had another one.

I went in the MRI with a chrome plate and a titanium anchor and was fine. I guess they are non ferrous metals?

Hi Craig had to have a eye X-ray before my scan I was told that if there’s metal in your eye it can heat up ,I was in there for40 minutes it’s very loud
