Nice job Laura, you need definitely throttle and clutch cable some zip ties a lever, like a pipe on one end flattened to fit a wrench(the one for the rear wheel axle nut) if you want to go "fancy" working gloves and electrical tape

I would add a rag of some kind, perhaps a bandana. You always want something to wipe your hands with or lay parts on or clean off things with. Plus it takes hardly any space.

Love it!! I didn't see everything you had in the "catchall" pocket, but if they aren't in there, I would absolutely recommend a couple of good quality 12 hour chemical Glow Sticks, a simple Bic Lighter, and an assortment of heat shrink tubing (so that a temporary repair can be permanent) ...

Nice build: I love the olive canvas and brown leather look, and that rotating fastener (the LOXX button?) is really neat. The only thing that worries me is that it feels like you're putting a lot of trust in that popper to hold the roll closed when you're biking around. I think I'd put a couple of buckled straps on it for security, if I were building it. But maybe I'm worrying over nothing.

Only thing I would add is a small "pencil" style flashlight and tuck it in with the bits for the screwdriver. Something that runs on 1 or 2 AAA or AA batteries that would help you see if its dark when you are dealing with a breakdown but small enough to hold with your teeth if you need both hands free. A headband light in with the misc pocket would be a good alternative too.

Fantastic! Absolutely love how much thought went into the design, especially the attachment, rotation (with pocket aligned to be perfectly accessible!), and personality. I agree with Sidharth below that a patch kit is an essential addition, with maybe a bike hand-pump. I have stopped to help multiple bike repairs that needed only a small hole fixed.

As a fellow rider, or of my favorite things to carry is a battery powered tire pump. It can charge my phone up, it has a flashlight built in and is more than powerful enough to air up a tire after a patch or adjust pressure for off road. Absolutely worth it, and the kind I got was less than 50$US and has worked a charm! I carry it when I onewheel too. Much better than those CO2 ones or whatever. Much more useful too. This is the one I got. I love it. www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZFQJQRV/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_SMHZR3V04855KEFM14F2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

A couple leather straps with buckles just to make sure it stays closed. I've had too many snaps just get crushed, split, or corrode over the years to rely on that alone. Turning around to find it unrolled and things missing is just a bad day no one wants. Besides, it's another excuse to add a little more of that nice leather.

The button you installed to attach it to the bike, I was thinking to myself, “that’s awesome but I would have installed two so it can’t swivel”. And then you turned it to access the pouch, I’ve decided to never question your process until I see the finished product ever again 😂😊
