Yes, sugar is vvery bad. Had cut it down alry but still take milk tea sometimes. Exercise is good and did a little bcos of fatty liver n high colestriol. BUT a healthy diet is best: More greens and some fruits(some contain lots of sugàr), less salt, oily n spicy foods, gluten, carbs, veg oil, fast foods, preserved foods... Keep heàlthy everyone for yourself and your family, your Country. 🍒🍇🍍🍋🥒🌶🧄🧅
