Homemade lift is pretty darn sweet. Love the ingenuity. Also, love the videos. Never really comment, but tired of seeing bad people write stupid things. So before they get to this video, let me be the first to say there are good people that enjoy your videos and we hope you keep doing your thing!
What I don’t get is why nobody seems to know the exact torque setting for the pan bolts. Those seem to me like most important to all have seated equally against that gasket. Like your homemade setup. It does the job and looks strong that’s all that counts. New subscriber here👍🏼
will this job work on a 2017 accord sport special edition? I've replaced the CVT filter before but it was the one under where the battery is. I'm wondering if what you did in this video also applies to the 2017 accord sport special edition. thanks great video by the way. seems like your very knowledgeable about cars
@@felixsnz7764 yes it did. i didn't have a set up like the guy in the video though. i used a jack and jack stands instead and i took my time. i lasted about 2 and half hours. I had to bend the metal like the guy int the video to take out the pan too. let me know if you have any more questions.
2013 accord EXL its the cvt model the other ones like the LX and ex have regular automatic transmissions and the filter is not Accessible unless you rebuild
