I bought a 97 Nissan Hardbody in 1998. I think I was the first person on the planet with a Billet intake. Looked like yours, but it was all chrome and ALWAYS came loose no matter how tight you made the bolts. I also had the Doug Thorley headers. Man, those were the days. Haha. Nice truck.

PVC pipe and inner cooler elbows... really! So simple. I'm definitely going to do this on my '97. Years ago I used an old Ebay cold air from an S10 that I had laying around the shop for my '77 280z. Literally just bent the bracket around a can of Brake clean....perfect fit! Can't wait to get started on this. Thanks again, great channel, ✌️

Just got a 95 d21 4x4 Put a new exhaust manifold and some pipes... But I am with on how it sounds Like if I am trying to race some one lol I hate it 😂 I will take this into count so I can make it quiet... And I love how clean under the hood your is... 🤘 I also see that you don't have the smog system did you just take it out I don't have mines connected...

As explained in the video I did the actual build step by step in the vids on my channel, not to worry I do not do seemles bs vids constantly saying the same thing so no less than 20 ish vids on my channel should be easy to find n thankyou for the question 👍
I soldered then together then stuck the fused links inside 1 of the 8 awg holes in the battery terminal , or if your using stock battery terminal you can crimp the fuseable wire links together in a big female spade type or hole loop type crimp then attach to the closing clamps or clamp on the battery bolt and nut part to get it done ... I used to but not anymore nobody watched it and like zero views!!! But I can tell you how I did it? First I Dremelled off the 2 steel rod studs completely flush with the TBI carb then I just retained or trimmed out the actual plastic ring that sits on top of the car from the air cleaner so no more original air cleaner or turning back once I cut or Dremelled out that part of the stock plastic air cleaner then I used either E6000 or ShoeGoo sold at Walmart in the shoe dept and in the tape n glue and adhesives dept of Walmart to glue down the elbow onto the plastic ring I cut out from the stock plastic air cleaner assembly, then I just carefully glued that to the carb and I know what your thinking ? Glued yes glued it is a synthetic elastic type of stuff that glues anything and should be a household always in stock item haha , it resist heat and gasoline etc so when you want to pull it off you will have to really pull it off ok but 9ther than that that's how I adhered the turbo elbow to the stock TBI carb oh and the air temp sensor is plugged right into it on top I just cut a hole and sealed it with goo simple as that ok
I also have a video in my not too many line of videos of how I did the hi flo intake system now that has gained some traction on here still kicking ass to this day
