My thoughts on the DaddyOFive child abuse scandal. The only thing more baffling than the abuse itself, is how two CHUDS got custody of five children. Note: The lighting kept changing in my room that day, so...that's why. I hate the sun.
The "we don't hit girls, but your sister don't count" SMACK HER!!! Body slamming, cursing. There is so much hate. Cody is their money maker. THIS IS ABUSE.......PERIOD.
This was my childhood............ only it wasn't 'in jest." I was blamed repeatedly for my sister's bad behaviour and punished for it (she also told my parents i did her crimes as well). You know WHY that kid could do the outro on the drop of a hat? Because he KNEW the consequences for going against it: even more absolute terror. These kids will grow up with PTSD, like I have.
Well said, and a relief to hear. I know a guy who suffered terrible child abuse, and he will suddenly yell at the top of his lungs as if his bastard father were right there in front of him. He's 63.
Cody and his sister (it’s the younger one I think her name is Emma) they went back to their birth mother because of social services. Turns out! That these two uncooked McDonald’s nugget goo tricked the birth mother into signing over full custody. It’s luckily fixed for these two but the other 3 I’m worried about.
it's different to prank adults, these kids are still developing and these "parents" could be doing some serious psychological damage to their children by screaming at them like this.
I wonder if child protective services came and it went down like Child protective services: ma'am, this is child protective services and we're here to take your children after proof of mental abuse. The mom: it was just a prank bro!
I seriously can't believe what I just watched, that family is disturbing! Social media has resulted in a special breed of horrible parents getting an outlet and seeking validation and it's disgusting! Sidenote: the phrases you use to describe people are priceless!
Thank you for this response. I only watched a few minutes of the scandal because it just...what can I say. Trust me, the children will remember this and react to the parents accordingly. My mother was something like this. I have not seen visited her in over 14 years.
i remember hearing about these kids, are am sorry these parents need to be in jail. poor cody my dad pulled jokes on me but nothing like this. someone needs to save these kids

i kinda hated the older brother that'd *SPECIFICALLY* pick on Cody, it's obvious it's because of daddyofive's ex wife, resentment and anger from his new wife, i bet Cody's been told by his step siblings his dad doesn't want him, i bet cody BELIEVES his dad doesn't want him
Remember folks, people fought to keep Cody in that fucking household. People actually made videos threatening Phillip Defranco and every other channel covering this drama when it happened, to defend an abuser. Never forget that.
------------- Edit: Apparently, the three kids that were still under their custody created a channel called “The Martin Boys”. It’s still here I believe to this day. ------------- Luckily, I’m blessed with wonderful parents who don’t feel the need to shout and beat my ass whenever I screw up. Of course they’ll get stern, but they won’t induce terror and give me PTSD. If my parents ever did this, I’d know how to do something, and I’d know where to go. These kids don’t have that. They have shit parents, they’re way too young, they’re being relentlessly yelled at, they obviously aren’t cared for properly, they’re going to be mentally scared, they don’t have any known support lines, and the parents only *supposedly* stopped and/or were stopped by others relatively recently. Thank goodness half of their kids are out of their care. They don’t deserve children, and I hope they’re never allowed back on the internet. I don’t know if it’s for better or for worse that this was recorded. If it wasn’t, then maybe the abuse wouldn’t have started if it was solely centered around internet clout. But it’s probably better they did record for a few years. Now we at least know what’s happening.
I’m too lazy to google the channel but I swear to god they’re raising either a serial killer or a kid who’s gonna kill his own family and go back to god. The fact that someone hasn’t come in and drop kicked the parents into a new dimension is so dis-satisfying
Ok seriously...where are the petitions or...just SOMETHING the rest of us can do to put this crap to an end ASAP?! Jesus Christ, I understand that the world isn't fair...but this?? Does anyone know if he still has custody over those kids or not??

Josue Vasquez Oh no , they made a fake apology saying sorry we should all forgive them!! If someone hurt you or your mom or maybe beat someone so bad they ended up in a hospital would saying sorry take it back? No. These kids will suffer with mental issues from trauma when they get older. No fake apology will take that back.
