I love this so much thank you! I discovered you on prime tv years ago - so happy to find you on RU-vid! Much easier. This centres me and makes me feel amazing. You are such a lovely teacher. All the best
I’ve been having a long road to recovery from COVID-19 and this is one of the very few activities I can tolerate without exacerbating symptoms. Thank you so much for it!!
very few instructors here on RU-vid actually answer their followers. You do :-) And every one ! Amazing :-) Very good videos - I really enjoy them. Thanks a lot.

I have been searching for tai chi exercises that are easy and gentle for seniors to do. Found several on your website but I chose this...easy, gentle, in shorter time. Plus I appreciate the explanations done on every move. Thank you. God bless you.

The 9 minute Tai Chi is now part of my daily workout and a few times a week the 20 minute. I have recently started this 8 Brocade and find it very helpful, especially for my hamstrings and lower back. Thank you for interpreting a form I previously didn't pursue, but had known of. Perhaps the term itself was intimidating or led me to believe it was too esoteric. I give the same praise and thanks I gave your Tai Chi videos on my previous posts.

I do your Taichi and Qigong routines daily. They are easy to follow and appropriate for my condition - Transverse Myelitis. These routines keeps my balance and strengthen my weak legs. Thank you and God bless you for sharing these videos.
These moves are a wonderfullly basic Eight Brocades. There are other more complicated/interesting versions but this is a wonderful introduction to recommend to people who want to get started. Don Fiore is such a kind and thoughtful teacher.
Great video Don, been doing it while in 13 weeks of shielding from C-19. My aim was to come out better than I went in, really starting to feel the benefits along with my stretching and core strengthening. Haven’t touched any weights at all and my body is becoming nicely toned and defined. Thanks 🙏🏼
Thank you Don! Excellent moves. Been doing your QG and TC for beginners and always feel great afterwards. Came off it at the outbreak of C-19 and my stress-levels went through the roof. Going try this one as well. Might work for my 80-year ond father as well. Great explanations. Really like your voice and english too. Cheers. Mats

These moves are very similar to the "eight silken moves " or Pal Dan Gum a Korean style of Qi Gong. I have practiced this particular way for sometime now and I can vouch for the benefits

Many of your movements in other videos do not have similar explanations for each exercise. If you can kindly group all your videos on website and send them on RU-vid. These videos are have really helping me. I am from New Delhi, India. With Respects and looking forwards for more such videos and links.
I love the way you demonstrate and explain. Thanks, Don, for helping! BTW, where ya' from? Louisiana, perhaps? (Your accent is just so familiar & I have been away for 14 years now..... 😊
As usual, Don, you have shared some precious movements to all. Thank you. I have a question, how does one increase Qi/Chi ? Are there any specific Taichi movements ?
Don, I have a question please: in Separating Heaven & Earth, do palms lightly touch when they meet in between the stretches, or do we keep a small distance between them? Thank you. Love your videos, thank you very much for uploading them.
An ad now interrupts your peaceful exercise routine? Quite disturbing during the exercise. This is happening on your Tai Chi and Qigong ones as well. I guess RU-vid is greedy and wants to make money.
Hi Patricia. Check the video out now. My web-person got rid of the ads. Let me know if they are still there when you watch the video. Thanks. Blessings & Peace
