Love Love LOVE the chair hip flexor stretch. (7:27) I've seen so many ways of doing this kind of stretch but I haven't been able to do any of them till now. I can do THIS one. YAY! Even surprised me. Thank you guys.

Do you have a file that we can print off that lists these exercises, with a picture, how many repetitions and/or how long to hold the stretch?

If you ever get what I call computer elbow, use the stretches they showed where you bend at the wrist, upward and downward. It will make the pain go away much faster. Make it a part of your daily routine at work and you won't get computer elbow.

How long shall we hold each stretch? I've heard it takes average 2 minutes for a change to happen in a muscle

Hi guys love your videos.. I have a question. I was diagnosed with transverse myelitis 2/2016 and I could not walk for over half of that year, but I have since regained my walking again, but I have to use a cane at this point. I have a couple of lesions on my c-spine and in my t-spine. I am currently going to PT but they are just not quite hitting the spots that I need in my opinion. my legs are extremely tight and I think the posas muscles that some talk about is the culprit. I walk liket the tin man and i just wanted to get some advice. I also believe since walking again my knees pull I think it was outward if not mistaken.

too fast. cant follow them. I was always told to do stretches slowly, not jerking movements.
