Dana 44 - Axle & Pinion Seal Replacement 

I'm rebuilding a Dana 44 axle for 73 Bronco complete with seals, any worn out parts and a "Drum to Disc Brake" conversion (video to come), but this video shows how I replaced the axle and pinion seals. The bearings were in great shape, so were reused.
The Bronco has an axle w/ disc brakes from a 77 Bronco w/ 4.56 gear ratio and used for trail riding, but will now return to the original axle with a more streetable 3.54 ratio
0 - 6 minute - axle seals
at 6 minute - pinion seal
ring gear bearing caps: 55-60 ft. lbs
back lash: .006 - .010 th.
cover bolts: 30-40 ft. lbs
pinion shaft nut: 200 - 220 ft. lbs
