There is no question. Lebron never should have been compared to Jordan. He is not remotely in Jordan's league. No one is. Tim Duncan is higher than Lebron on all time greats list also. Jokic is superior to Lebron. Lebron formed cheesy superteams for every one of his championships.

Michael Jordan is not completely better than other players, but he is more popular, and more polarizing than anyone else. He played defense and he had a very high level competitive mentality, which is good but his outside shooting wasn’t great and his field goal personally was Ok at best but definitely not high level and that is mainly because he is guilty of having bad shot selection at times. For the people who never saw Michael play. Jordan competitiveness was indescribable. I couIdn't stand the guy, mainly because he was so freaking good. I spent years rooting against him because I was a huge Magic Johnson fan. In the later years on his 2nd comeback I learned to appreciate him and how great he truly was. Lebron played in Cleveland dude.. the city literally has never won anything in anysport. The reason they drafter Lebron and had the #1 pick is because they were so bad. He also beat the team which most were saying was the best team of all time in GSW. No player has accomplished more with less resources in history of NBA. The whole MJ was a killer thing is a great storyline but also overblown. Lebron has more game winners and went to 10 finals. No one worked harder than Lebron and that is why he played for 20 years.

@nikhiltrivedi8126 How? You can't play defense today! No hand checking, no real power forwards, only 4 real centers in the league now, and if called for his travels, he'd be 15,000 points away from Kareem still. NOW, imagine a Jordan with no hand checking or dirty thug ball to deal with. 🤔 ..........The league is full of long Scottie Pippen type players, while Lebalco is the only one all swole and shit.

The NBA experienced it's greatest success (popularity and viewership) during Jordan's era. The game was much more "physical" then as well. Lastly the Jordan shoe brand re wrote the rules on clothing and apparel that even to this day that Shows NO slowing down. Lastly, I don't believe I will ever see an athlete and his team win successive championships the way Jordan and the Bulls did EVER again for as long as I live. In ANY SPORT.
@Chingon2014

Not to take anything away from Lebron. I have much respect for him for what he has done both on and off the court. I don't think we will hear about Jordan's community services and opening schools as much as we have regarding Lebron. But if we're keeping with the NBA conversation, it's as simple as the difference between wearing a pair of Jordan's as compared to wearing anything else.

Only thing missing from Bron that would have put him on the top of the goat debate is mentally, that mentally that I’m going to take your best shot on your best day then embarrass you and talk trash as I hurt your feelings killer instinct, is has everything else except that mentally. If he had Jordan’s mentality and ability to will his self to win no matter the cost he would’ve took the goat title from MJ, now he just has to except it like just like every one that grew up wanting to be like Mike that there never will be another MJ

It was said that he was a non-factor on those HS championships though which is crazy. He didn't get better until college. Where he takes a hit is his offense---44% shooting in the reg season and 43% shooting in the playoffs for a center. Also, what's interesting is he only had to win around 24 playoff series for his 11 rings whereas Kareem and MJ had to win 24 playoff series for their 6 rings.
