I was watching this and my brother was in the room and asked if that was Orleans I was watching. I just chuckled and told him no it's Foxes & Fossils. That has to be the best compliment a band can have when someone just heard it and thinks it's the original artist. We are both in our early 60's so we instantly recognize music from that era. I can't think of any other band as tight, melodic and as harmoniously unified as you folks. It's like the Andrews Sisters and the Everly Brothers had quintuplets!

The song was always wholly superior (one of the greatest ever recorded) and these guys just take it apart and re-assemble the whole arrangement note for note... I'm in total awe and it brings such a smile to light up my day.

So one more thing...now that I have put the headphones on and listened to it 4 times, Chase...when you do the little solo part it was dead on the money...gave me goose bumps, no kidding.

All were great as usual but I thought Tim’s vocals were particularly wonderful on this. Love his vocals on anything I’ve heard him on.

I'm a rocker from the 60's and play a little guitar, my father was a drummer, so I have been around music all my life. From big band to rock, I feel I know when someone is a great musician . Weather guitar, piano, drums, bass all of you just nail it. With out a doubt ,the best cover band ever.... No matter what song ,the harmonies and the quality of the music is incredible. Just wish you would go on tour...

You guys just nailed it. Perfect. You have a gift for making a song all your own but also keeping it true to the original artists. Your voices always ring true to F&F, but the way you treat the song with so much love and respect is just awesome. I hope that makes sense, LOL.

I agree with everyone else's superlatives. Let me add that the melodica is sometimes assumed to be a "toy instrument". This recording shows how it can be used for a lovely blues-style solo.

My absolute fav song… ever. The lead vocal is a bit strong imo, but then again it’s hard to recreate perfection.

Chase has this special gift of making her voice sound just like the original person who sang each song they do. That isn't easy, but she does it. I swear sometimes if I close my eyes, she sounds just like the original!!

I'm singing with an over-55 group, and this song is a truncated part of a "Yacht Rock" medley that we're going to perform. The four part arrangement does not approach doing justice to the F&F cover of this song. I was not a big fan of this song when it was released over 4 decades ago - until I heard this version. The four part arrangement can't touch the passion and the the power of the F&Fs vocals. Not even close!

This song release certainly has a kind of God's timing in my life. Recently lost a good friend and dear sister in Christ who was the founder and inspirational leader of our local breast cancer support group... I had one particularly fond memory of first really getting close to Lori-- she was dancing with her father hat a mutual friend's wedding reception. Immediately upon my leaving the hospice house from where Lori's body had just been received by the funeral home, this very song began playing on the car radio, the first note coinciding exactly with my turning of the key. For whatever reason, the Lord even put it on my heart to mention this song and her dance with her daddy in the eulogy that was my part of officiating her service. Hmmmm .... Lovely choice Foxes and Fossils... God Bless all y'all ✝️💞🛐
