I was going to say this, he held Megatron to 2 catches and held Moss to almost nothing except 1 touchdown where he tore his ACL on the play. Arguably the 2 best receivers of all-time and they couldn't do much of anything against him.
+phillip nguyen apparently you weren't watching the same jets everyone else was. Jackass he had several votes for the all-pro team. You don't become an all-pro nominee if you had a "bad year"
Mad respect for Darrelle Revis, he is the only reason why I watch New York Jets games when my 49ers aren't on or finished playing. Might not be the same Revis of old but he's still the best corner in the game no doubt and that's saying a lot, to not be as good as you once were but still the best in the league. I can honestly say he is in the discussion of best lockdown corners of all time. People misconstrue lockdown corners and ball hawks.
Best corner I’ve ever seen play beside Deion Sanders The Jets didn’t wanna pay him once got hurt. I’m glad he got at least 1 ring well deserved. I put on that number 24# Gang Green with pride
Revis was actually that dude! Man I miss watching him play, it was amazing watching a guy cover your best the whole game and shut them down. Amazing! Fosho the best corner I’ve seen personally that I’ve actually seen play.
@@themaker2475 You're right. He is definitely NOT in the frame on that highlight. He may have won a super bowl on that play, but he wasn't part of that interception and is not in frame. And that payton woosley dude is calling other people retards? Somehow 7 other idiots liked his comment too SMH
Man, it makes me sick to my stomach to see him in a pats uni, but he got a ring out of it and I’m glad he got his. That 2010 team was the Jets best chance at a championship-man, I wish they could’ve gone all the way.
Seeing these amazing players in their element at these angles, with this music is just a real treat for all of us. There is something primal about it that speaks to all of us.
@@viciousvic49er87 Sherman is a fucking punk who always talks down and talks shit to his opponents. Remember "you mad bro"? Yeah well, guess what? Brady and Revis got an SB ring from that SB and Sherman went home empty-handed.
I'm not a Jets fan. But I am definitely a Darrelle Revis fan. Best Cornerback of my lifetime no doubt. I'm too young to remember Deion Sanders so I cannot tell you how they match up. But Darrelle Revis was special. I'd never seen anything like him prior to him and I haven't seen anything even remotely close to him since.
As a Jets fan, it's been so sad to see how far Revis has fell. From that abysmal season last year to these arrests, no way Revis is coming back to his old glory, hell probably even the league. He will still be remembered as one of the greats though, and his contributions to the Jets can't be denied. A HOFer for sure
JerseyBoii2.0 I went to FIlm school. Then I worked as a videographer for a cruise line. Then I worked for a news organization. Then I started freelancing. Basically just practice. Learning the programs is the easy part, learning pacing, story structure, sound design, etc. is the trickier part. When I do these videos I now just go on instinct. I watch an edit and feel what I think it is lacking. I could elaborate, but it would be more than I could type in a youtube response. Its a lot of things that make a video good. A great deal of it is learning how to bring the audience along for a story. Ups and downs, when to increase / decrease the pace. If you want to get started editing, first thing is to learn the program of your choice. There isn't a right answer as to which one to use. I use FCP. I've used AVID, Premiere, and vegas. there are tons of other programs I use, but FCP is the video editing software. I made a video about the making of The Tom Brady the Goat video. It is on my channel. You can watch that to see a bit of what is going on. Honestly, it just takes time to develop your own style and voice. When I graduated I thought i was awesome...but when I learned that I had a lot of growing to do and I really started pushing myself to try new techniques and to be critical of my own edits, thats when I started getting the most from my videos.
Nice video revis is one of my all time favorite corner backs. No disrespect to Sherman but revis shuts down the BEST receiver each game. not sit in a zone all day
this is by far the best video you i have ever seen. i dont even like Darrelle Revis that mutch but the video gave me gossbumbs and made him look like a god
Not a bad vid, Revis will go down as a Top 3 DB in NFL history, not number 1 because he left the Pats. He cares about the dollars too much, I give him praise for because there is life to after football and revis certainly can now live the rest of his life without a care in the world.
This is the most stupidest comment I ever saw, he's the heart and soul of the jets defense. With him and our number 1 defense we went to the afc championship game 2 years in a row. Defense wins championships cheating gets you fucked over
We made back to back afc championship games when we had our powerful defense like we do again, your clearly just another depressing pat fan mad about every lost a cheating team got
+Chris Boyles dude if will Davis who isn't even that well known of a CB can cover brown great and only put him to 4 receptions for 42 yards then revis definitely ncan cover him
Because the Pats won the Super Bowl at that moment and Revis was a part of the team. He is basically just showing the game where Revis finally got the Super Bowl ring he deserves.
Offenses played with a chunk of the field off limits, like a no trespassing zone. If they wandered onto Revis island, they got burnt. Interceptions, batted away passes, forced fumbles, and incompletions at best. It was more beneficial for offenses to narrow down their field of play and leave out their top receivers rather than fuck with Revis. Just awesome
HandUpManUp Was more McCourty's fault than Revis'. If McCourty had been in position it would have only been for 15-20 yds. Rodgers is lucky Nelson broke up a potential Revis interception in the endzone earlier in the game.
+Greysen Gagné Read your comment and then saw that, fucking laughed my ass off. There's two types people in this world, ones that laugh at that, and ones that don't
That's not the patriots way. We don't boast about a victory. We don't say HAHAHAHA we gonna win!!! No that's what people do when they are to full of themselves.
