I bought this pipe for my dad this christmas. It is absolutely the shit. I would recommend it to anyone. Out of several pipes I have used this one is the best by a long shot. Very pleasant high performance sound and amazing throttle response will pound you through the gears.
I have a 2005 Honda trx450r with dasa exaust, jet kit, nerf bars, and ALOT more after market parts. It scares most people by the sound but driving it is a whole nother story.

Sounds great man. I got the HMF performance slip on. I'm happy with it, especially since I can customize the colors. But sometimes I wish I'd have gone with the DASA, they just sound good on Hondas.
I love this setup man im thinking about getting the same setup as you for my trx450r but im gonna buy a K&n powerlid (cause i ride through creeks and i already have a k&n filter) and hrc subharness with hrc cam.
what size jets in this 450? i have pretty much same mods in a 06 170m, 48p 70leak, these were in my 450 when i got it but from idle to WOT it wants to die out. not sure which way to go this one sounds spot on. I have also heard alot about the accelerator pump needing adjusted for the quick stab of the throttle.
I have read in so many places that DASA is the best exhuast for the 450r...your definitely correct...right behind it being two brothers. To bad all these parts are so expensive lol..Every honda i have owned has treated me great but my 2008 450er is in the shop and it seems like i have no money for aftermarket parts cause its going into repair
I got the LEXX MXe pipe. Its nice nd loud yet also comes with a quiet core. I run it with just the endcap and no tip. Real loud that way. Let Me know when u get a video up of ur quad.
by anychance does ur bike stall if u dnt give it alot of throttle ? i have a 05 and if u let the clutch out a little to fast and dnt give enought throttle it stalls and its not normal ive been riding for 6 years
Nice bike!!! I just bought the same setup but for a 05 trx450r. I have the full dasa exhaust with the fuel customs intake that the eliminates the Box. I have a stage 2 dynojet kit in it and I have a problem with the header glowing red hot front the head back about 6 or 7".. what jet setup did you go with in yours? I know it will be alittle different beings its newer bike. But just looking for some info, if you had the same problem or not... I have 175 main jet, stock 48 pilot jet, needle 3rd clip down and tried the air/fuel screw 2.5 turns out, then tried 3 turns out.. still same problem but the bike runs good, just dont like the glow

Why does bikes like that and mine also squeak when they are reved like if you notice when he hits the gas when he was warming up it was squeaking. I personally like the sound because it makes it sound more egressive but what causes that noice in faster bigger bikes?
At the Honda shop for the quad...and the other stuff at a Performance Shop and it's a Dasa classic a fuel Customs air intake angry jet the carburetor to a 175-180 depends on your weather

I got an outerwear on the filter to so the sand in the dunes in the mud is that a dry off and fucking spray it off and clean it but I have had no issues but I don't take it in that much water and you just got to make sure your shit's tight and you don't want it to start opening and leaking make sure you get a good quality one because like modquad shit they use the real to the same box but just a different filter mine's a hole everything all the way to the carb and it has a fuck like a little beauty ring thing inside of the carb quick cavitation with the air going in but yeah Amir built it on Oregon coast

get some nurf bars.. protect your legs dude. only takes one huge landing and your leg slips off the peg and its under your wheel and your leg is broke in a few places..
