Watching Sam and Dave work is great, Sam really watches Dave and the athlete. When they are on the leg curl you see Sam adjust his line of sight to see what Dave sees. Keep it up 💪

Literally listing out the time stamps, exercises and tips/techniques/ROM into a spreadsheet. This way, I can slow things down at 4AM when the gym is empty. Slow down each exercise in the list. And play the video, follow along with what Szat/Juju/Tate focused on in this leg session. Can't wait to tweak my arsenal of exercises, unbelievable to think that this is FREE.
I had leg day today and after watching this i decided to give it a try going for a pump before doing the heavy work. It's the first time i ever tried pre-exhaustion and was one of the best leg workouts I've ever had.

I picked up a lot from this, and will be implementing some of the hamstring stuff when I do end up back at the gym (as I lift primarily from a garage without dedicated hamstring iso equipment), but I definitely thinking about adding those chained reverse lunges. I have all the equipment necessary for that. I don't typically do forward lunges for the exact reason why Dave says, but something new especially with my 12 week training block ending in 2 weeks. Plus, seeing this was prime motivation to see on a rest day.
Physical therapists and surgeons all over the world will be very busy after release of this video. But seriously guys, don't attempt to do this workout if you don't have a few years of training under your belt.
Yeah Dave says specifically , you arent seeing whats lead up to that moment. The weeks of conditioning and regulation that goes into it. I think this is great because it shows more of the process, and not just the challenge sets.
I aspire to one day to have atleast half the knowledge of Dave, and half the legs of Joey, dudes legs are insane and Dave is like and entire library on strength training and lifestyle in one brain his knowledge always amazes me in every video, and podcast I learn a fuck ton every time !

Funny coincidence: we were a small band of extremes who gathered at the gym today going through a similar kind of up to RPE 11, RIR -1 type of sets as well 😉 😄 now, like Arnold screams in the Kindergarten cop; there is no bathroom!
