This is like a dream gym and coach. I train at a 24 hr fitness haha. It has all the equipment I need to train for powerlifting, but it's too crowded. The personal trainers at my specific gym are all trash as well. I hear them coach their clients and cringe. If any of them trained me for powerlifting, I would be crippled within wks lol
Daniel Jönsson me, by far the most effective, yet simple methodology (when you really break it down) I've ever used. I'm a person who needs constant variation that other programs or methodologies like 5/3/1 simply don't have. Plus the ability to strain and think on max effort, as well as the ability to push with intent on me days or days like dynamic effort or even the repetition method, the ability to autoregulate or change on the fly based upon the needs of that day really has made all the difference in the world. The conjugate/concurrent method is the only method I fully stand behind. Different strokes for different folks but more often than not if I can find a way to sneak the tenants of this method into my friends or lifters programming in a way they're able to simplify and understand it, I will. Hopefully this helps.
@@redcapphony yeah I've heard his take on it too and I take everything with a large lump of salt as it is. Everything works it's a matter of finding what works for you and ways to implement it. Not saying he's right or wrong, I'm just personally biased towards the conjugate method.
