Benavides was at 168 for 10 years Canelo has been there for 3. You’re telling me this hype job couldn’t unify for the 7 years that Canelo wasn’t there… and canelo did it in less than a year. And now he’s mad cuz he has no leverage to get a canelo fight. Canelo not fighting him all falls on him he had his chances but was to busy eating Taco Bell and snorting lines.

Canelo has fought Plant and Munguia. That's all that counts at 168.. David Benavidez has taken out the entire 168 division.. he retired the past Champions as a kid. And now hes a full grown man.. hes about to take out the top ten again.. he only has three fights at 168 left.. to have defeated everyone.. Morrell, Mbilli and Canelo.. but those are easy so hes gonna fight at 175

There is a difference between promoting a fight, creating drama and stating facts but Benavides and his father have a history of being vulgar and unprofessional. That is the main reason Canelo does not like him. When your mouth gets in the way opportunities are lost.

David is bigger than every body he fights. Canelo started at 140-147lbs david started at 168-180lbs and he once weighed 260lbs. He missed weight.
